Levels of Care.
Assisted Living Support Services costs are in addition to rent.
Level 1 – $3,500
Basic Accommodations and Basic Services, plus:
- Meal Service
- Medication oversight and assistance in self-administration
- Basic reminders and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monthly wellness assessment by our nurse
- Coordination with outside health care practitioners
- Bed making
- Annual rehabilitation screening
- Support groups and education sessions
- Dietician consultations
- Special dietary programs
- Fitness programs
- Concierge services
- Spiritual services
- Available house calls by primary and specialist physicians
Level 2 – $4,350
Services provided in Level 1, plus:
- Medication administration
- Assistance with 2 ADL’s –dressing, bathing, grooming, transferring in and out of a bed/chair
- Assistance walking or wheelchair propelling, toileting
- Assistance with hearing and vision impairments
- Additional monitoring of vital signs
- Assistance with denture care
- Pacemaker checks
Level 3 – $5,200
All services described in Level 2, plus:
- Assistance with 3 or more ADL’s –dressing, bathing, grooming, transferring in and out of a bed/chair
- Assistance walking or wheelchair propelling, toileting
