The New Standard Difference.

What Is Unique About New Standard?

It is no coincidence that the names of our communities start with the words “New Standard.” Our senior living communities are very unique and “New Standard” isn’t just a name to describe them. The New Standard is our core, the essence of our brand and the most important part of why we exist. The New Standard is how we re-defined the meaning of affordable, assisted living for New Jersey seniors, and here’s what it means.

Graphic of a check mark.

We believe every senior should have the opportunity to live in a welcoming and supportive community at the rates that they can afford;

Affordability and low-income shouldn’t be confused with low standards. Quite the opposite, our mission is to bring high quality, affordable, senior living, health and wellness to low-income seniors.

Assisted living communities should be accessible to all seniors, no exceptions. That’s why the New Standard Senior Living properties are ADA accessible and able to accommodate residents with visual, hearing, motor and cognitive disabilities.

We understand maintaining independence and privacy is important to seniors. Our goal is to create communities that feel just like home. With that in mind, the New Standard accommodations feature single occupant, private studio apartment-style living with a private bath and kitchenette. Plus, all communities are pet friendly too.

We are environmentally conscious. Our properties were constructed with the use of the best materials and with the least amount of environmental impact. Each community comprises of state-of-the-art, smart-building complexes that have ASHRE Level 2 and Energy Star certifications. We designed all communities to accommodate solar energy.
