Medication management

Evaluation, schedule and administration of medication to ensure you feel your best.

Scheduled transportation services for social events and cultural programs.

In-house medical professionals including Podiatrist, Optometrist, Audiologist, Dentist and nurse practitioner (NP).

Levels of Care.

Assisted Living Support Services costs are in addition to rent.

Level 1 – $3,500

Basic Accommodations and Basic Services, plus:

  • Meal Service
  • Medication oversight and assistance in self-administration
  • Basic reminders and assistance with activities of daily living
  • Monthly wellness assessment by our nurse
  • Coordination with outside health care practitioners
  • Bed making
  • Annual rehabilitation screening
  • Support groups and education sessions
  • Dietician consultations
  • Special dietary programs
  • Fitness programs
  • Concierge services
  • Spiritual services
  • Available house calls by primary and specialist physicians

Level 2 – $4,350

Services provided in Level 1, plus:

  • Medication administration
  • Assistance with 2 ADL’s –dressing, bathing, grooming, transferring in and out of a bed/chair
  • Assistance walking or wheelchair propelling, toileting
  • Assistance with hearing and vision impairments
  • Additional monitoring of vital signs
  • Assistance with denture care
  • Pacemaker checks

Level 3 – $5,200

All services described in Level 2, plus:

  • Assistance with 3 or more ADL’s –dressing, bathing, grooming, transferring in and out of a bed/chair
  • Assistance walking or wheelchair propelling, toileting
